Was putting off watching this podcast for a while, but started about a month ago and have been watching pretty much a podcast a day, and having listened to quite a few in the past, Diary of a CEO is the best podcast out there. Each episode is the perfect length, amazing guests, not super technical in terms of speaking points where you start to get bored because you have no clue what they’re speaking about, and if it does get too technical, Steven digs deeper to simplify the points and make them digestible and keeps the conversation highly engaging. Everything that’s spoken about can resonate with anyone watching, and there are absolute gems in every single episode. Steven and his team have made it possible to literally have access to the world’s greatest minds, and Steven’s ability to ask great questions and actually listen, is second to none. I think Mike Thurston, Chris Bumstead, Iman Gadzhi, and Tristan Tate would be very interesting guests on here, and Gary Vee would be unreal. Thank you Steven and the whole team, keep it going. This podcast is allowing people to change their lives for the better. Everyone should also subscribe so these guys can invite people like Gary Vee and other industry titans on.

I enjoyed the bit where he opens up a little bit about the anxiety he suffered, mainly because he doesn't really ever open up in a way that is relatable. After initial excitement this was abit of a let down. He's an amazing businessman with alot more going on than just the red bull racing team, it's a shame as I don't think we saw much past the surface sound bites. Would have loved to hear more about his upbringing, his dad's business and how that impacted him, his siblings, his overall approach to working with one of the biggest brands in the world, all whilst building his businesses. There have been a few and it would have been good to hear the real nitty gritty and stories. I've researched him alot in the past and this interview seems to be very similar to all the others he has done. Very controlled, saying stuff without saying much. Just go and check youtube yourself if you don't believe me. Would have liked you to also dig a little deeper into his responses. Love the show though, like I said previously it would be great to see Toto Wolff and then Lewis on

I agree, I am only a recent subscriber and a complete convert to the show (and think that Steven is an incredibly talented interviewer), but Horner was the least open guest I have seen so far. At one point, towards the end, Steven even appeared to try and give Christian permission to be honest (in relation to thinking about doing good) by answering the question for him, to allow Horner the space to actually admit that he "could always do more". However, to finish on a positive note, still loved the show!

@@buytolet-landlords We may be rooting for the same team (I assume). However, based upon what happened in Abu Dhabi in 2021, whatever advantage RBR may have had didn't seem to work for 90% of that race. The deciding factor of the title was that 1 team decided to risk track position because they had nothing else to lose, whilst the other team decided to be complacent and risk-free by not taking advantage of a clear opportunity to seal the deal. I think RBR should be dealt with accordingly for breaching the rules. However, I don't see any advantage they may or may not have had which led them to winning the drivers championship in 2021.

Always liked Christian as a person and as an F1 team principle what he has done with Red bull since 05 is unbelievable, when they started getting the odd win in 09 then onto multiple world championships seasons after was something that really shouldn't have happened a Drinks manufacturer showing several luxurious and supercar manufacturers how to win and we'll.

Steven what do you think about team work in the world of entrepreneurship? if your idea may be good idea which has not been thought by anyone before but, if you do not manage your friends or co-founders ,your accomplishment may be collapsed? What is your thought about harmony of team work?

I love Steven's British accent and so I wanna emulate but it's hard and so I resort by just listening to his euphonious speech indeed.
