the hand has to be in either an unnatural position or deliberately move to play the ball with his hand which it did niether. You wouldn't get a penalty for a handball like that so the goal cant be ruled out because of it. Obviously its different if the player handballs it thrn scores himself.

The ref followed the letter of the law. He did nothing wrong, Big Joe did nothing wrong. It was a legit goal, and all the bitching in the world from O'Hara, Goldbridge and whoever else won't change that. If they want to focus on anything, it should be Solanke's flying knee into Dubravka's face, Kulusevski's assault on Gordon that busted his nose, the corners that were actually goal kicks, and almost 13 mins of stoppage time at the end. NUFC did what we've been doing and managed the game well. We can't press for 90mins without breaking players, so we blitz in the first half and defend the second. We were never in any real danger, despite it looking like we were being outplayed. All part of the plan.

Not a blatant handball Adam. You need to learn the rules. A blatant hand ball would be moving his hand to stop the ball. With his hand down by his side in a 'natural position' it was never handball. it was ball to hand. finally VAR used the rules correctly.

Adam mate the rules of the game say that wasn’t a handball, the ref said it wasn’t a handball and VAR agreed. Look at the rules of the game Jo’s arm wasn’t in an unnatural position, the ball was rocketed at his arm so he couldn’t do anything, it wasn’t intentional, it did not lead directly to a goal.

Anthony Gordon should've had a pen & Kulusevski should have seen red. He watched Anthony, not the ball & knew exactly what he was doing, also that Porro, what a diver & cheater he was, the referee, being, once again , Andy Madely tweaked the extra minutes , somehow found 10 & then stretched that to 13 minutes to give Spuds more time to win. Remember, HE was the one at the end of the Scouser's match at SJP who, when we were racing down towards the Gallowgate goal blew the whistle on the very second of time ? I neither forget nor forgive these, very, dodgy referees, he either had picked up a fat, brown, envelope at 1/2 time or he has never forgotten his brother Bobby being demoted for mishandling that Derby game at the SoL ! Maybe both !
