Now it makes sense why Boehly is buying kids. This whole development squad might need replacing if we're genuinely gonna be taking/promoting players from here to the first team. i can only see about 3 quality players here which is concerning. Its not about the win, its about the ability to perform. That being said, they are still young so there's room for improvement

Mate, these kids are terrible and badly coached. Been following the academy and was fortunate to see the talents in Ruben, Solanke, Chilobah, Musiala, Odoi, Mason, Reece etc. I watched these guys week-in-week-out and I am not surprised they made it to the senior level. These current squad are terrible and badly coached. Jody Steven Morris did an excellent job by nurturing these kids in the academy. The current coach needs be reassessed as the team is badly coached. No defensive awareness, poor positioning, no scoring abilities. Mate, it’s just terrible all round. We win on the brilliance of Dujan Richards and Morreira. The team was worse without Richards and Morreira. These two guys came to shore up but the team all round is terrible.
