As it stands Toucannon is my enforcer. When im going through the game, leading off with weaker pokemon, and something starts to give me trouble, Toucannon is the one i bring in to cut that shit off.

Toucannon is slower than it's prevolution and it just so happens to be not very tanky. Despite skill link, it is probably only good if you scarf it.

Shows me for buying into the rumor that Toucannon would be Flying/Electric. Pretty good, but my nuzlocke team currently has a Zubat and a Rufflet as well. Keen Eye instead of Skill Link. Rufflet won't evolve until level 54, so my plan might be to promote Zubat for now, then when my team starts getting around level 54, bring Rufflet back and GRIND LIKE CRAZY.

I really wish that Pikipek got some sort of woodpecker move that was a physical version of echoed voice. I used echoed voice on my pikipek in the early game and it was really good, but its special attack isn't good enough to make use of it once you start to round out your team. Also the move makes so much sense, a woodpecker Pokemon, woodpeckers peck repeatedly at trees! EDIT: I'm now thinking that since it gets skill link, a move that would make much more sense to introduce with this Pokemon would be a flying type multiple hit move like bullet seed or rock blast. This makes even more sense with the fact that its a woodpecker Pokemon, as that's what they do! They peck lots of times. A nice STAB move for skill link would be nice.

Something that I have found that is decent is Toucannon with sheer force, 252 Attack, 252 Speed, choice scarf, beak blast, steel wing, drill peck, and, I have hyper voice but theres probably something better, and with the nature, I have serious because I was shiny hunting and found a serious nature hidden ability pikipek out of pure rng, but it would most probably have a jolly or adamant nature or jolly like you said in the video, but it basically is like the sheer force equivalent of your fruity sweep set

ninjask baton pass could make this a very viable sweeper especially because it gets swords dance so maybe skill link move set with a +2 or more in speed could make this a very viable sweeper also you could run sheer force overheat as the stat lowering will be nulled (pun intended) and that sheer force with increase dmg by 30%

im thinkin, beak blast for sure to cut the opponents offense, roost to heal back up, and rock blast and bullet seed with skill link.. and maybe a scope lens, hoping for a crit on the 5 hitting attack. and id raise its attack for sure, and i wanna raise hp or def, so it could endure that first hit when im trying to burn them. and ill stick him in a team of mostly slow pokemon, and have a guy use trick room beforehand

Can I just point out that Toucannon completely stops Mimikyu. Have a sash and bullet seed and you'll always break disguise and deal good damage, and will kill if they set up.

Toucannon is faster then braviary with decent attack. Braviary has higher attack but is slower. Choose which ever suits you best

probably because in japanese its name is Beak Cannon. I simply noticed it when I fought one in the wild. It doesnt prevent the Burn if you make contact, but it definetly blocks the damaging component.
