It’s a bit costly the one I use. It’s called Hudl. But you can find alternatives out there like “Explain Everything”.

Thanks! I am using Hudl but I have a wacom tablet hooked up to my laptop so I can draw with a tablet pencil. If you are after something simple on an ipad or something 'Explain Everything Anywhere' is a cool free app that will let you do similar things.
