Instagram - AdamTheWooATW These types of video are what I love to do . Researching and studying films and then putting together location videos in my own style is very rewarding . Expect many more , also deep cuts like this one . Not for views or what’s currently popular but because subjects I want to cover

Nice! Do what you love! You inspire more than you might give yourself credit for, lifes to short to not do what you can and get out of life what you put in. Thanks for all your contributions, and as old school 311 would say "F*** the nay sayers, cause they don't mean a thing!".

One of my favorite film noir movies from that era . Good job of retracing the sites of this classic movie. We did the same thing at the Seattle center with the Elvis movie "It Happened At The Worlds Fair" in 62 . We were up there in 81 or 82 and not a lot had changed so it was easy to find most of the location spots, not sure how easy or hard that would be today. ........ A Touch of Evil is always worth a second look and has one of the best lines ever when MD says to Orsen Wells "You're a mess honey" and he knew she was right . thanks Adam

When the first Deluxe DVD package was released the Motel and the Bungalow still existed. One of the Commentators knew a Luthier that lived near the Motel. I remember trying to find it on Google at the time, I found one that looked old enough, but couldn't confirm it.

Where daily woo is standing is where I stood with my grandparents in 1958 when Orson Welles came out to talk to a lighting grip on a scaffold and turned to the crowd, looked down and me and up at the crowd and said: "Why is this child staring at me?", then turned and walking into the night of Venice Beach. The 5 year old me recalls he was the most magnificent man I ever saw.

This is my area where I grew up. My cousin Jesse cleans the Venice skate park there every single morning, he does a live video on Facebook every single morning before it gets light. I practically lived on Venice Beach in the Summers. Very cool movie history here 😊 my sister lived in the apartment right next to the sidewalk Cafe in the '70s, her rent was $175 a month. "These streets are old they shine with things I've known" (lyrics from the song from the movie Gran Torino) 😍

One of my favorite Orson Welles' films. Orson gained weight for the role of the detective, but it was dismissed as him getting into the role. Ever since Citizen Kane Welles' judgment was not trusted and his movies like the Magnificent Ambersons and Touch of Evil were heavily edited by the studio. It was one of the best interpretations of the noir genre.
