Touch OSC and Spitfire Audio - Take Control of Dynamics, Vibrato, and Articulations

Here I demonstrate how I use Touch OSC and some custom made interfaces to control dynamics, vibrato, and keyswitching of articulations all easily from the touch osc interface on the ipad.
I look at several spitfire libraries, including Spitfire Solo Strings, Spitfire Chamber Strings, Symphonic Brass, Studio Woodwinds, as well as Acoustic Samples B5 V3 and Audio Modeling's SWAM Tenor Sax.

Great tutorial. Thank you man ! Guys, keep in mind that if you are using typical WiFi Router for consumers, then your IP adress will change every time and you have to reconfigure your Touch OSC settings. In routers DHCP is set dynamic as default, thats why your IP for every gear that is connected to home net change every time. If you would like to configure your DAW/NLE for good, then you have to change your router settings for static but then you have to manually write IP on every gear that is connected to that home network.

Hey sure! I can also just email you the file if you want. But its the midi values for X I just put type as control change, channel 1, number 1, range 0-127. Value Y until midi value is control change, channel 1, number 21, range 0-127.

I cant get it to connect to my PC windows 10 and osc running on my ipad pro. Any suggestions?

Hmm I have mine connected to PC windows 10 and ipad pro. I would double check that you have the bridge software installed and you have to double click it to get it running, it won't do anything or bring up any window, but it engages and allows communication. Did you put your computers IP address and all of that in touch osc on the ipad?

The other annoying thing is it seems like sometimes I need to have itunes going on the pc.

@@MuddyRainMusic thank you. i was able to get it to work without using the worst ever itunes. Im still a noob at assigning midi to things. I was able to create a fader and I show its sending midi data to my Kontakt player, however I dont know how to assign the fader or anything else to the modulation wheel etc. Any additional help would be appreciated

Turning off Windows Firewall helped in my case.
