Japan Mens 30's ran something visually similar at WC, but utilised shortside link coming out the back on a passive line on openside. Ends up being a more standard sweeper passive i.e. the wing isn't doing anything funky, but still cool nonetheless. Watched it live and had to watch it back on the stream to see what happened. Can find it at 25:35 in their game against SA
