most of those workouts are in Insanity. Insanity is fkn amazingly challenging i'd like to see GSP do it, not saying he couldnt, just think itd be cool to see GSP doing one of the workouts i do, to compare his and my ability. i kinda wanna try touchfit but idk bc it looks like P90X and Insanity mixed together

Okay, so GSP's new program looks neat (seriously), but this is the kind of shit Nick Diaz is talking about when he says GSP leads a charmed life. Not only does he have teams of film and software people working with him on this project, but he also has people writing his tweets and promoting the program for him. Nick may not be the most articulate guy, but he's not crazy.

A lot of these look slightly liket the exercises in insanity. Obviously those exercises aren't strictly for the insanity programme but just an observation that this will be largely core exercises. Big fan of rush fit so I'll probably get it.
