I hope you have access to good meds and a good therapist. Some of the meds really are helpful and can make it easier to to cope. I had good luck with Effexor but each person is different and you may need to try several. Good luck.

Agree 💯. But they won’t. Doom and fear is what pulls in the ratings. It would be nice, though. There are so many more good, kind, caring people in the world than bad, but we hardly ever get to see them. I haven’t watched the news in literally 8 months. I decided to choose what I want to see, and it’s all positive things. So much better. It’s too bad, too. The news could show positive people REALLY doing things to make lives better. Helping. Quietly. Without breaking windows, without ruining people’s little stores that they worked so hard for.

@@davidc3857 as I said in a reply to someone else's comment a few minutes ago, just because the sun gets covered over by clouds (or maybe out of view because of the rotation of the planet) does not mean the sun is not present or no longer doing its job. One of my proudest times of my son when he was 17.he was an extreme skater and one day a very obese 15 yr old teen girl fell into the bowl and could not get out.my son and his friends got a rope.my son climbed down and could see she was so embarressed she needed help.he told her lots of people get stuck down here and his buddies pull them out,to calm her and make her feel like she's cool.he put rope around her and encouraged her along with his friends till she was safe.her mother called me to compliment my son because him and his friends were kind,thoughtful and made her daughter feel worthy,special by this bunch of cool skater boys.i still cry over it,12 yrs later..

I told my kids let's all jump together and be happy about something, all 4 dogs including the pup, start jumping around, tails wagging and yelping. I try my best, as once in the Tesco fuel desk, the girl in front of me didn't have any cash or card with her, so as the petrol was only a tenner, I paid for it. Then once in the Coop supermarket, another girl with her child didn't have enough money with her to pay for her groceries, of about 26 quid, so I paid her bill. Now whether I got ripped off or not I don't know, but it made me feel better even though I didn't have that much money myself....:)
