Hi Judy, ang advice ko sa mga clients ko na kung hindi makakatulong yung mga relatives at hindi ka naman makapagbibigay ng information about them, then just rely on your own merits and apply the visa with no sponsor or no mention of "lost" relatives :) Stay safe always!

Sir? Tanong lang pano kung may balance ako nabayaran sa UAE dahil sa credit card pero wala po akong utang na loan o utang sa credit card , di lang po talaga na close pa rin ng bangko ang account ko so binabayaran ko pa rin kahit nandito na ako sa UK kasi ayaw kong magkaproblema dahil sa babalik pa ako sa UAE pero nangloloko na ang bangko bayad ako always before ang due kaso sinasabi ng bangko di daw bayad kahit anong gawin kung complain di pinapansin ang reklamo ko so nag a accumulate pa rin. Balak di ko na bayaran sana sa tingin mo magkakaproblema ba ako pabalik sa UAE mismo sa immigration?

Hi Esteve, pwede naman po, pero iwasan natin yung mga may bakal or yung may mga materials na pwedeng tumunog sa mga scanners. Kung sa tingin mo yung hindi pagdadala ng wallet ay makakapagpa focus sa iyo sa interview process, GO! , pwede din naman :)

Passport - For each applicant, an unexpired passport valid for six months beyond the intended date of entry into the United States Photographs - two identical color photograph(s) for each applicant, which must meet the general Photograph Requirements. DS-260 Confirmation Page Supporting Documents - original or certified copies of all civil documents you uploaded into CEAC.

Hi. Magiging honest po ako. Kung ang reason ay "to visit BF/ GF" at yung American BF mo yung sponsor mo (at wala po sariling financial capacity), red flag yun & usually po denied yun sa visa. Reason: risk of migration/ overstay. Yung $185 (around 10k pesos) na visa fee ay non refundable. Mas maganda po na cya ang bumisita sa inyo sa Pinas.

Hi Glayza, hindi naman po si BF yung iaassess :( So, ang maitutulong lang niya is to provide an affidavit of support www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-134.pdf pero all other requirements, ikaw yung magiipon at magaattach sa DS160 application mo.

Wala naman pong face to face interview kagaya ng sa US visa yung sa Australia. Sa Pinas po, kailangan ka magpa schedule sa vfsglobal para sa checking of documents, pati biometrics and payment of visa application fee.

@@ericabetito9160 wala na po interview for tourist visa to Australia. Pero need pa rin ng proof of financial capacity. Kung wala/ kulang sa finances at may sponsor, dapat may docs from your sponsor. Para makapasa sa PH Immigration, kailangan din ng Affidavit of Support (AOS) kung may sponsor kayo dun.

Hi. Depende po yan sa purpose na ilalagay nyo. Magiging honest po ako. Kung ang reason naman po ay "to visit BF/ GF" at yung BF mo ang sponsor mo, red flag yun & usually denied yun sa visa. Reason: risk of migration/ overstay. Kung may relatives kayo, nasa inyo po kung i-declare nyo sila. Maari din na isipin nila na mag overstay ka kc may relatives ka. Pwedeng tanungin po nila abt your work, financial capacity, travel history, etc. Pag wala ka po sapat na financial capacity & strong ties, madalas denied yun. Yung visa fee ($185 or around 10k pesos) ay non refundable. Decision nyo po yon. Good luck.

It's not easy if you use tourist visa 90% of deny 10% pass. But if your BF apply for K1- visa He is the one to visit you. You both need to get pictures, hotel receipts, places you both visited, processing time is around 5 to 6 months at the most.

PURPOSE: Yung work po. Ang caregiver po masyadong in demand at madali kayong makakakuha ng work doon. So, based po sa circumstance, na overcome yung purpose mo as a tourist at napakalaki ng possibility that you will look for work or have employment there already :( ROOTEDNESS: idineclare po ninyo na nasa Pilipinas yung family so wala po kayong strong ties sa Israel other than your work PERO kung iaapply natin yung naunang paragraph, wala kasing guarantee na babalik pa kayo sa Israel if makahanap ng work :(

Hello host indemand din ba ang helper sa US? Baka ito din ang reason Kung bakit na deny ang friend ko. Ofw sya as helper for 34 year at diniclare sa application nya na nag resign na sya para uuwi na sa pinas at alagaan ang mother niyang tumatanda. Enenvite sya nang US citizen na kapatid nya sa US para mag bisita Kasi matagal silang Hindi nagkita. At yon naman talaga ang totoo magbisita lang at kilangan talaga sya babalik sa pinas para alagaan ang mother pero na deny. Kaya yon ang nakita nang friend ko na mali dahil sa pag declare na helper sya sa ibang bansa nang matagal. At ung last question have you visited other countries? Ang sagot nang friend ko yes,I've been to the UK. Tapos ang tanong nang consul "with your employer? Ang sagot nang friend ko yes. Pagkatapos non Sabi nang consul. Unfortunately! I can't issue you a visa at this time. Nong lumabas ang friend ko napaisip, ano Kaya ang mali? Napaisip na mali ang sagot sa last. Dapat ang naging sagot "my employer sponsored me but I travelled alone to UK and traveled alone back to the Philippines. Dahil yon naman ang totoo. Nakaka nerbiyos nakaka tension daw talaga pag nasa harap nang consul Kaya nawala ang confidence haha. Pero may natotonan naman incase mag re apply uli.

kaya po dapat ang purpose ay tourism, pero isang day po gn itinerary ay ipapakita to visit brother in law or attend his graduation. Gawa na lang po ng bagong itinerary at ipakita kay visa interview officer if hihingiin.

Hi Kennedy, dapat matalas pandinig mos a questions. Family member ba yung itinatanong, o relative? If sa tingin mo na makakatulong na ideclare sila (e.g. dadalawin mo sila as per your itinerary, or tumulong sila sa invitation letter), then ok lang naman. Pero if wala naman sila sa DS160 mo, tapos hindi naman ittatanong kung meron kang "relative" sa US (at ayaw mo i-declare), hindi naman yun ite take against you :)

Hi jeffrey, huwag tayong mag-volunteer ng information kung hindi nila tinatanong specifically. halimbawa, kung ang tanong ay relatives sa US, sagutin lang kung yes or no. itatanong naman nila kung taga saan etc. depende sa sagot mo. Ingats!
