This character is the level 1 boss, but this attack doesn't appear in the main game. Each of the bosses has a special "Last Word" spellcard that you can only access through the spell practice menu. This is the Last Word for the level 1 boss.

Ziiiv, that's wrong, if you beat the boss without dying or using bombs at all, they will start their last words. If I'm correct, you cannot die during a last word, but you won't get the bonus if you fail.

yea you cant go against this spell card in the actual story you have to meet some kind of requirement to unlock this last word spell card in spell practice its just the stage 1 boss doing this "last word"
