Alright, Here's a summary of the stages: Stage 1: Barely even a stage. It's just an excuse to Rickroll the player. Stage 2: Enemy Gauntlet in Wily Beast and Weakest Creature's Final Stage with Inverted Colors and a Vibrato Electric Heritage playing. Stage 3: A Violet Detector Nightmare Week Styled Boss Gauntlet with Koishi, Satori, and Utsuho from Subterranean Animism. Stage 4: Double Dealing Character's Normal Stage 4, but fairies and their bullets have drastically different sizes and bullet density is much higher. Stage 5: An actual legitimate stage with effort put into it based on Len'en. (Aside from the fact the title drop at 13:09 is so obviously meant to try and kill you.) Stage 6: An actually decent recreation of the first ever Touhou game using Modern Touhou's playstyle. (Plus a modified version of Shinmyomaru's fight with this playstyle in mind.) Edit: Correction on Stage 5. It's not just a fight based on Len'en. It's literally just the 5th stage of the Haze Route in Len'en 4: Brilliant Pagoda or Haze Castle.

Well, it's not *just* the 5th stage - BPoHC works on like a semi-random pattern system where stages randomly select patterns from a list and then send them out at you, so there's no real preset stage layout. If you're unlucky (or lucky, depending on how you look at it) you could legitimately roll like several midbosses and have that be your whole stage lol. The boss, however, always uses the same patterns regardless, so as far as I remember it's pretty accurate.
