Correction its White HAIR, Red dress.. youu can clearly see the red part before she smiles .-. and if u knew she IS SHINKI you wouldnt say white dress thats just the neck part of the clothing which is white but not noticable unless u zoom completly to her neck 030

that's how i see it, although i'm not sure if this is actually all-out, or her using the grimoire as a trump card to make even her normal magic insanely powerful. it did take her to EX level in the game, after all. this may well be the same "power level" as before as it were, just amplified by the grimoire.

The way I saw it, this was showing the dichotomy of an ex-human being a youkai. We see blue-eyed alice living and acting like a normal human girl, but when shit hits the fan she unleashes the power of a Magician and embraces the ability of a youkai. considering she turned into an Ex boss with that grimoire of hers probably helped in that regard as well. I may be wrong since I'm talking about what might only be canon in my head, but that's how I see it. Seeing Shinki helps my case as well.
