I do believe that Shinki made a brief appearance near the end, silently smiling and giving her support to Alice as she used her grimoire against Remilia. Also, Remilia was actually worried when Alice decided to go at her at full power, which says a lot. I'm betting that Remilia will regret pulling what she did to Alice, and badly, once all is said and done. I'm sure of it.

Except that the phrase that that Shikieiki is stronger then Yukari, Yuyuko and Reimu all together belongs to Yukari herself (in one of ZUN's official works - Seasonal Dream Vision). Considering that Yukari is among the oldest and strongest Youkai and proud of it, it isn't likely that she would downplay her abilities, especially in front of her friends, Reimu and Yuyuko.

What is Shinki doing here? Reimu/Marisa/Mima/Yuuka killed her (And everyone Makai except for Alice) in Mystic Square.... And come to think of it, why is everyone in Wonderland?

1. Shinki is Goddess of Makai, she can go where she wants. 2. Considering they had post battle scenes, killed maybe an exaggeration. 3. Alice 2:07 uses a spell to pull everyone in. I hope that answers any questions/concerns.

Yukari herself disagrees with you. Yukari explitely said that Shikieiki is stronger then Yuyuko, Reimu and Yukari herself *all together*. And even Shikieiki aside, it isn't clear how Yukari compares with Gensokyo's other power players, such as Reimu, Sanae, Yuyuko, Alice and others.
