Yes like that;they did start smoking after lengthy exposure until parasol. I am assuming "Very thin protection atmosphere" and the two groups were by a peach orchard,which was bathed in sun save for the tree shades.

Darcanix Well, in this she is clearly sitting directly in the light (for a lengthy period of time no less). It's pretty direct sunlight really.

Guess it was a fairly weak sunlight or she was able to get some shade or other protection to "take a break"from the prolonged direct exposure to sunlight. In truth, being under a porch in the open with the sun in any position,intensity or length of time like this should pose little problem or even a diversion(mentioned by witnesses on Perfect Memento in Strict Sense).And are those sparse clouds I am seeing up there?

The thing is that level descriptiin shows she isn't exactly ok with that. Aya wants to capture Remilia usual behaviour in her home, which Remilia does not want and so she tries to pose every time Aya shoots a photo not to let her. When you loose level by leting Aya shoot too much photos of Remilia reading, text is something around I've managed to capture vampire's true nature

ValenRei Actually they do burn up... (If I remember right the mangas show Remilia's wing burning up from being in the sunlight for a couple seconds, and if it was just "Weakened" then why would she full out panic when Reimu almost pushes her into Sunlight in EoSD? she could just walk back)

The manga isn't really considered canon, otherwise everyone could eat danmaku. The pushing into the light is probably her panicking because she's being shoved into the sunlight and (while she won't admit it) the person who did it beat her at her best. Not to mention the whole thing is likely painful to boot even if it does do no lasting damage.
