Looking from outside, it doesn’t appeal the buyer, however, the house is super huge, not easy to clean, very spacious and you need really a helper and gardener to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of the house. This house is good for a huge family and or for rental.

Na pa wow ako kasi mahilig talaga ako sa mga halaman dahil noong bata pa ako meron kaming farm from Mindanao to Samar. Then house to me mix like Japanese style somewhat because I been to Japan. At sana manalo ako sa lotto soon, I also been in Baguio in 1988 & late 2000 I think. Amazing and beautiful house & surrounding full of green plants, I loved it!

Sayang namn bat binebenta ng owner eh ganda ng location nya saka sobrang mahal na ng property sa Baguio. Nagsisisi nga ako bat ibinenta namin yung lot namin sa baguio ,malapit sa wright park lang yun. Napakamura naibenta ,nakakahinayang talaga kc ngayon napakamahal na ng lupa dun. Magkano kaya yan? Napakaswerte ng makakabili nito, if meron lang ako budget bibilhin ko talaga yan hehe. Ganda ng property talaga na yan.

Pwede nyo siguro negotiate na iwan nila iba plants. But I saw a few that were quite rare & expensive. Yun Dog & birds for sure hindi kasama & the great big Mother Mary enclosed in glass kunin nila for sure.

If it is true that the asking price is 23 M ,this is actually underpriced because the market value of land here in camp 7 with road right of way access is 12-15 k per square meter….the structures and the house tho it is a bit old is well maintained,just need tinkering outside….I do know because I am from this area.
