I am a huge fan of the hardwood floors in this home as well, Pam. Throughout the home, Drees Homes has put hardwood level 5. On the stairs, Drees has stained hardwood stairs with stained solid oak handrails as well.

Great home, but I have to say, I played your video on 2x speed and it was still slow moving through the house. Also, are you doing some kind of shuffle glide as you walk? It's very apparent. These types of videos should be 15 to 20 minutes max (IMO) or you risk losing views. See Timothy P. Livingston's videos for a good example.

Nashville, TN is over priced. The home is nice. I don't think worth 1,000,000. Shower beautiful. Who is gonna need all that shower🙄.

The shower was one of my favorite parts too, so beautiful! As for Nashville, based off of June 2022, the median listing home price in Nashville, TN was $474.9K. The median listing home price per square foot was $283. Because of that, you are seeing a lot of relocations from around the country coming into the Tennessee area as there median listing home price is way over that

There is definitely a market shift and builders & developers are now coming to the table to see how they can help buyers get into a new home. I have had builders offer my clients everything from a BRAND NEW washer, dryer, and refrigerator to $35k to be put towards mortgage rate buy downs and / or closing costs. It's a great time for buyers to buy as their are less offers and cheaper properties, and it's a great time for sellers to sell as there is less competition and it is cheaper now for them to level up with their next dream home

Boy Drees built a home with courtyard then down spout for roof to flood the courtyard trying to water the carpets.? could have put drain or drains in to handle that. will be a mess and mildew growth... Bad layout and should be addressed!!!! for 1.2 million !!!!
