Probably because people are turned off when they show up and see the monstrous power pole right in front of the house. Any time you're outside, you can't avoid it. Also, the houses around it aren't even close to the same standard.

Yes LA Highly expensive property and a beautiful view but I think most people don't want to walk 2 miles around their home from one space to another, there's no cosiness to these massive lot houses... Cold floors.. No soul... But open skies and views sell these million dollar listings possibly because their gated or unreachable private which I understand... But for most families... It's too much.. Too big and becomes an elephant to keep clean! Farrah and Ben are amazing but i think people don't stay in these places long... 🌳

Great home. I would have really liked to have seen some better editing efforts and more camera work showing the house and interesting details about it, maybe also a couple of drone shots, rather than long boring shots on the 2 people making boring small talk.. Perhaps they could talk more about interesting architectural details, describing choice of materials and use of natural light, construction challenges, original moments.. In other words, prepare better, find interesting pertinent material. Lots of the conversation was rather banal and tedious, stating the obvious.."I really like that this house is so beautiful!!.. "The views are spectacular..." And so on and so forth.. Anyway..Besides all my complaining the house really is beautiful and I enjoyed it anyways..

The challenge, is that with the new building rules in LA, you could never build a house like this again. Also, we don't have fires like that in the Hollywood Hills. Only in the more rural areas, like Malibu.
