In my opinion , a big part of why her abode is so charming is because SHE is as well . She comes across as so sweet , so kind , so welcoming that it reflects in her style . Her home is beautiful and comfortable at the same time . She will be successful in her career especially because of her understanding of the importance of LISTENING to her clients which unfortunately in todays world so many people don't .

I found Mika to be a real adorable and sweet lady. Her apartment has been very well designed. You can see that she took her time in deciding what would go well in all of the respective spaces. The Philip Stark chair is to die for. I cannot believe she found it at a flea market! They say that less is more and that phrase reflects Mika's apartment. I love it!

I love that the apartment is both charming and functional. The office nook with the bookshelves is the best part. A great way to make it feel separate from the living and entertaining area, even though it's technically in the same room.

You can get either a counter-top dishwasher or a dishwasher-drawer. I also would replace that shower with a clawfoot tub. I love the enclosed galley kitchen......my favorite style.

LOVELY!!! Lovely home, lovely person, lovely work ethos. That chandelier is perfect for her bedroom..And, I'm jealous of her walk-through shelves to her office. Her colors, taste, etc. are quite different from my own. I would not be comfortable in her home (even though it's very beautiful!). But, I learned from her process of creating her home and really enjoyed this tour. Also, I'm so jealous she scored that chair at a flea market! I waaaaant that chair! lol Thank you for this very good home tour. This is one to rewatch over time.
