I love the decor, but sometimes I had a little trouble understanding when she spoke so fast. I would have liked to understand what some of the designers were that she used for some fabrics or lampshades, etc. I liked the idea of the secretary desk used as a nightstand in the guest bedroom. I may give that a try.

It's the pastel shades of all the colors and to me even the soft baby blue that reads as feminine because it is paired with ruffles, florals, flounces and bows all of which skew more feminine IMHO. I have personally had a very similar palette and loved it, but I definitely felt like it was a more "feminine" look as did others.
