This would be great as a secondary Condo if you do business on Bay St, but you live out of town. Travel downtown, especially with the new changes, is a total pain. Being right across from Scotia Plaza is a big advantage for time. And if you're a business professional, time is money. Great review!

Don’t be fooled-you pay for the hotel services (surely you didn’t think laundry, dry cleaning and room service would be included in the condo fee). All the condo fee buys you is the right to call for those services.

Sorry but the 2nd bedroom is NOT a bedroom. No window and no bathroom in it. This is a 1 bedroom with a den.

It should be listed as one bedroom plus den. It would be nice for a professional working downtown Toronto in the financial district. The walk in closet was a joke. Not really a full size walk in closet. The kitchen was small even for a condo.
