Definitely a Brentwood home and then some. Love the backyard. Lots of privacy. The waterfall is very lovely. I’m surprised the home doesn’t have an elevator. The kitchen is a delight . Love the walk in pantry. 😊

The house is ok, the backyard situation is not the best, water and erosion coming from the hill towards to the property could be a permanent problem,
