Loved this vid. I don't expect you to change, but to include a few from time to time, would be awesome. I ride a Voyager and saw this Challenger in ads and am planning a test ride soon as i can locate one near me. Your vid has made it a must for me to find that test ride. I was looking to upgrade to a Road Glide next year, but that plan may have changed. To see that Indian is getting in there with this bike style is AWESOME. My wife and I took a Master out in '17 and loved it but I am still into my Voyager. The Challenger could change that since my wife has here own bike. Just got her an '18 Heritage Classic in the new Twisted Cherry. She has put more miles on it now in a month than she did on her last, a '16 Honda Shadow Aero. Keep up these GREAT videos. I always look forward to your next. Great riding, Great travels, and look forward to your next vid. MERRY CHRISTMAS, And THANK YOU for your service.

Until I started watching your page I didn't know they were still making the Indian. I thought my Dad said they were bought out. I remember him telling of the time he was sneaking a ride on his Dad's and it got away from him. He flew off the back and the bike kept going and went up a tree. But it didn't wreck it. This was back probably around 1950's. Love your channel. Thank you for your service. My brother was a US Marine for 26 years.

Cool video. You had me at motorcycle video.. Have ridden a 12' Wing out west, up in NE and all over East TN & NC area. If you get a change ride a newer one but take it in the mountains. Brevard, NC has some great rode's leading up to the Blue Ridge PKWY as you know. You can really lay the bike into the curves. I am with you its all about the riding no matter what the label has on the tank.. Take care and be safe on the bike..

Great video guys....haven't ridden for decades now, as back in my day it was Honda and Yamaha when dating my wife, and now some 35 years later...I'm watching RV video's with motorcycles!! Not sure what that status is on 'Victory' motorcycles, but I saw 'and heard' one some years ago, that was absolutely awesome. Had more of a Harley sound than the Indian....and wasn't a full dresser really, but it sure looked pretty! We've now got a well owned Tiffin Phaeton that moves us around quite nicely, but I love watching your video's as you two hit some pretty nice places and I love your reviews! Prior to this we tried a smaller footprint, with a Ford F450 King Ranch with an Arctic Fox slide in camper...but found it to be too small for long term use, but perfect for shorter 'two - three week holidaying' so one trip to Alaska, then down to Arizona (we live in the Pacific Northwest) we decided things where too cramped, and opted for more comfort to our current coach. So, yes please, add in some motorcycle video every now and then to break things up, but as mentioned, I can't get enough of you two moving about the country and reviewing as you continue to enjoy your adventures!

Many Years back when the original Indian MC company started in Springfield Mass, my father did blue prints for it at New England Blue Print company. (where he was the foreman) My last bike was a Harley Electra Glide Classic, prior to my open heart surgery thanks to the VA of Houston. I had before the Harley, a Honda VTX 1800 then 5 other bikes prior to these two all the way back to age 15. in 1964. (my first being a Kawasaki street/off road legal bike with up sweep pipes/ the pipes were on the right side of the bike knee high with a heat shield for the leg, 55 years ago) Yes please do more motorcycle video's. We have a toy hauler so it goes in the garage and we use a WheelDock. wheeldock.com/ and four straps. The wheeldock has a piston you trigger with your foot to lock in the wheel versus having to rock it in and out. I don't bolt it in at all, it just sits on the floor and I strap Lucile down on the front forks and rear bars. We demonstrate it a bit here kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYmQfXSPbauqotk, then later here kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4G7f6CJZa51iLM and even more here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nGaZkGubmKiHl6s

I can't wait to test ride this bike! But, Like you guys, we need the trunk all of the time and I am happy with Chief Red Cloud (our 2017 RM) . They will put a trunk on the Challenger in the next model year. This will probably be our next bike. And a lifetime powertrain warranty is a big deal to me, also the live traffic and weather overlay is huge. Thank you for the review!

Apparently the roadmaster trunk fits! 👍🏼 Still no lowers, but part way there.. 😊

also, I think they need to put more consideration into the passenger portion of the seat for the full dresser version. That tapered gunfighter style rear section looks good but can't be as comfortable as the wider Roadmaster seat.

HARLEY HAS IT AVAILABLE IN THE 2020 TOURING BIKES. LOOK UP THE HARLEY RDRS.
@mattshaggs29315 жыл бұрын
But it costs an extra $1,000 to get it added onto the Harley...the stability is STANDARD on the Challenger DH and Limited. Harley also doesn't have integrated traffic and weather in their radio at ANY cost....or inverted front forks...or rear Fox monoshock....or Brembo Monobloc brakes...or remote locking bags...or all LED lighting...or a puddle light...or power windshield...man, do I really need to keep going?
@tax9059725 жыл бұрын
MattShaggs remember this nothing’s free in this world including traction control. The base bike by Indian challenger doesn’t have all those safety features . You have to step it up to the next level up to get that which means you have to pay more. Most riders have gone for years without any of those items and never will need it if they don’t be reckless or ride in crappy weather. Not to say I wouldn’t want it but I’m not trading my paid off 2017 Street Glide special just to get it.
@tax9059725 жыл бұрын
MattShaggs your riding abilities should cause you not to need it. The only riders who would need it are using it in the race track.
@tax9059725 жыл бұрын
Same company so why you think victory and Polaris wouldn’t have similarities?
@mattshaggs29315 жыл бұрын
@@tax905972 I didn't say it was free...so I don't know where that came from...and the only thing the base Challenger doesn't have is stability and traction control. It still has ABS...standard...on the base model. It still has the big brakes that Harley doesn't offer...AT ALL...at ANY price. A comparable RG would have to escalate to the RGS and, after adding the RDRS, it's more expensive than the Challenger Limited and you're still stuck with 25% less HP on the Harley, even with the 114. I love the "ability of your riding means you don't need it" excuse. Whatever, dude. It's an extra layer of protection in a bad situation. Ever been caught off-guard? Yeah you have...and THAT'S where this stuff can save your life. Go watch Adam Sandoval's video about running into gravel on a corner on this thing with the stability control. He felt like you before and after, he's convinced it's a great feature. Yet again, don't know where Victory came up...are you delusional or are you randomly responding to other people's comments in this thread? You just sound like a hater, man. I get it...you're offended that someone has a better product so all you ca do is bash it. Well, numbers and features don't lie and don't get pulled around by fanboy opinions.

Great vid guys! I'm a Harley guy myself. We have a 2011 HD Screamin Eagle Streetglide. Absolutely love it. Indian has made a solid come back. Their design lines are very sweet. This Challenger model resembles the HD Roadglide with the rigid shark nose fairing. I love this video production idea of yours to showcase rides, dealerships, and other motorcycle brands. Our KZbin channel is getting ready to start featuring more than flying. We are going to add camping trips with our Airstream, and scuba diving. A little something from all of our interests and hobbies. So I think its a great idea. Cheers!
