If you fly a Cessna, pay a bit extra to park the plane at Adelaide airport instead of Parafield, then you can see the start of the Glenelg to Victor Stage, ride 5 mins to Adelaide, put the bike in the back, and do some visual flyovers of the race, fly it down to Goolwa airport then it’s just a short ride to the finish line

Can 100% confirm the TDU is a blast. Stayed at the Majestic Rooftop in '23, had a Specialized pop-up over the road and 5 minute walk to the square for the big screen if you're not gonna do roadside spectating. Norton Summit is a nice little leg stretch and just out of town. And it's only a short flight to Port Lincoln if you fancy a day out cage diving with big bitey Great Whites! 😮

No I stopped for a while so I could lose weight and get back to better wkg. That’s the main problem with AAS is they will cause weight gain so you need to keep that in mind if you value high end cardio.
