Harley, the living testimony that the High Carb Low Fat Vegan life works. The fact that you're doing this at 50 is epic dude. Most 50yr olds I know are fat and look like they are on life support lol. Keep up the training vids. look forward to see how far you can push your fitness.

Back in the 80s when I was racing I would train up Greenhill Rd to Mt Lofty and up the Gorge Rd but never went up Nortons. Creature of habit I guess. I knew my speeds up Greenhill as I had an Avocet 20 that I meticulously calibrated to be 100% accurate. In the AIS bunch we would be doing 25km/h up Greenhill going full gas popping off everyone as we went. I would chase buses up there also after school and would hit 40km/h on the long straight before the quarry where it hit 9% and the bus would get away from me. Would have loved to have done Nortons back in the day to see how fast I went up there. I would guess I could have done 30km/h.

@durianriders
@durianriders Күн бұрын
You really think it’s possible to be that slim and fast on anything other than 97-100% plants? It’s simply not possible. It’s absolutely impossible. The prevotella bacteria you need to be that slim and fast CAN’T thrive outside of 97-100% high carb plant intake.

The government wants you to 'work' out. Working out is work that is outside of work hours. Your basically wearing out your body for free, the government promote this as healthy but you end up retiring as a vegetable with destroyed joints. My advice is to work and get paid, you can workout by laying bricks and actually get paid for it!
