Question! Is there any certified & recognized cigarette smoking areas on modern bulk vessel's. Or are modern vessel's just blatantly a (smoke free zone) The entirety of the vessel!. Myself being avid smoker I'd really really hate such a situation! Surly there must be a sanctioned (smoking zone) for the crew's...

Good Day Sir With all respect for you, the name of compass deck is wrong. Fix the name to monkey Inland And please you should speak with safety officer about the painting colors, there are many issues for ladder's step, walking areas around bridge's deck and for that please review back IMO safety sections
