Tour My Home Ship! Freedom of the Seas Full Ship Tour in 4k! Royal Caribbean

Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas has been my home ship for a a while now and I have finally made a full ship tour! Freedom of the Seas is part of the Freedom class of ships and for many, is the Goldilocks size. Freedom of the Seas has amazing amenities and things to do while not feeling overwhelming and too large.
We will quickly visit all common areas of Freedom of the Seas include, Studio B, Playmakers, Schooner Bar, the Royal Promenade, pool and sports decks, Olive and Twist and the diamond and suite lounges.

I personally prefer the bigger ships (was on the Harmony in June and I have the Wonder booked over New Year's 2023), but I don't snub the smaller ships. As a matter of fact, I'll be on the Liberty in January for Brandon's group cruise! Can't wait!

I love Freedom class ships. I think they hit a sweet spot in size. The cabins are spacious and have lots of storage.

Thank you for making this video. My first cruise was on the Carnival Vista back in 2019. Now, my second sailing will be on this ship! I know the Freedom is older than the Vista so the experience might be different but somehow it still looks so prestigious from the inside and very resort like on the top deck which is awesome. This will also be my first time in a balcony stateroom so looking forward to that!

Thanks for the tour! Just the way it worked out, I have mostly sailed on Voyager class. Freedom just looks a little bigger all around! Great kid pool area.

Ahh...so this is what you were doing while I was drinking Coco Loco's in the Oasis Lagoon! I do love this class of ship. To me it's just the right size. Great detailed video, Brandon. We are going on Freedom in October. I was wondering where on the ship we could get juices and smoothies? I saw you said Squeeze was closed and Freedom doesn't have a Vitality cafe.

Hey Cynthia! Hate to be the bearer of bad news but there will not be anywhere on Freedom to get juices and smoothies. The Windjammer can make you fresh squeezed orange juice but that will be it :-(

@@TheWeekendCruiser Yep, We didn't go down to Cocoa Cay that day because Freedom OTS got there after the Independence OTS that day. We prefer only 1 ship at Cocoa Cay at a time due to overwhelming number of guests.

I watched your Pinicle video. I understand that it takes 700+ points to get to Pinicle and that it's 1 point per day. It would take a little more than 2 years to reach Pinicle if you're sailing every single day. How long did it take for you to reach pinnacle status if you sail every weekend? 10 years？

Not at the moment. Most of the time, the demand at that port warrants a larger ship. However, you can get smaller if you don't mind doing New England sailings.

Hey Frannie and welcome!! I call it my "home ship" because it is the ship I go to often. These days, Freedom of the Seas is based in Miami doing 3-night weekend sailings that I go on just about every weekend. I do not reside their or have a permanent address but when I show up, I always feel like I am coming home :-) Just looked, have done 36 cruises and 117 nights on Freedom. Most in the last 2 years.

We love the Freedom class ships ! Very sad to see them being used for 2-3-4 day sailing, Would love to see at least one of them doing 6-7-8-9 night sailings out of Lauderdale or Orlando. Not worth flying to Florida for 2-3-4 night sailing, We refuse to sail the Oasis class. which seems what Royal is trying to force people on.

I hear you and same! I like them for all lengths but they are great for longer sailings. Yes, I believe Royal thinks bigger is better is the way of the future.
