Howdy Elizabeth, I'm no longer in Arizona pretending to be a snowbird. Years ago, I got fed up, quit my job, vacated my apartment, parted with my possessions, and moved into my truck. I had no idea what would happen after that. So I'm now in the small town of Altus, Oklahoma, writing a book about how everything turned out. So that's the latest. Ah I am not on insulin (at least not yet) -- just metformin. So that's simple with a 3-month precreiption supply.

I watch a lot of these van life videos. One that’s strongly recommended is made by Milliard. A 4” trifold costs about 89$

What size is needed to support cpap machine?

It does depend on what type of machine. I have a travel machine (no heated humidifier or heated tube) so the electrical is pretty low and I can get by well on a 256wh power station (for 4+ nights without charging up again)
