Hi Jennifer, we enjoy you're AC videos the mostwe love AC! The last time my recent stay at the Ocean my room showed some wear and tear as well. The whirlpool in the cold weather was awesome! My Dad has dimensia as well at 99 years old, it's most challenging 😢 . Take care! Congratulations to your Aunt!

I’ve stayed at Ocean twice and I had bad experiences both times- room was filthy (housekeeping left someone’s toiletries in our shower and hairs everywhere and another stay there were brown “skid” type stains on the sheets), pool was filthy (overflowing trash cans and people changing diapers on the pool deck) , and the hotel has a weird smell (like old tanning lotion)- Although the staff at Ocean are lovely, I really much prefer Borgata and Hard Rock! PS - The Lunar New Year decorations are beautiful at Borgata right now! And your mom and aunt are adorable!

Speaking of rooms... Ocean Tower in Caesars rm 8506 Corner Suite Emporer Suite. I was lucky to get it for 4 days during the upgrades of all rooms. Beautiful suite. Sorry I didn't take pictures.😊

So nice to see your aunt and mom! Me and my hubby finally got another offer from Borgata to fly and stay. We are coming from St Louis to Atlantic City on 6/14 for the weekend! Its been a year since we were there in May. Sooo excited to visit again.

Some of the furniture is left over from the Revel. The company was bleeding money trying to get the place open so they cheaped out on some of the furniture quality. The beds are comfy though. I love what the new owners of the property have done. Fun place to gamble, eat, drink, and enjoy yourself

A year ago the new rooms were from 27th floor and up. I'm here now and I Understand they have renovated floors 20 through 26 now. That's what I was told. I always request high floor and non smoking. They are also updating the Gym. This is definitely my Hotel of choice for many reasons. It's quiet down on this end.

Several years ago a Ct state police officer told me that even though a drivers license is expired , it is still considered an acceptable ID . The expiration only affects the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle, ie. the person is still the same person .. I would imagine that many places have their own policy requiring ID’s to be current to cover themselves in the event of a dispute by not falling into a ‘grey area’ legally . Or , they just don’t know . Im not a lawyer so always double check, but I would think a state trooper wouldn’t steer me wrong.

the new remodeled rooms they only give to higher rollers with a higher card and only have them on a few floors. they gave me an older room and when i got off elevator the hallway was filthy, smelley, stained carpet, food room service trays on floor. upon entering the room it was disguisting not clean at all, stains on carpet, bed sheet, dust on furniture and on phone all over dust, old worn out furniture, bathroom not clean worn out too and didnt have the free toiletries. I complained they said it was cleaned I asked for a room change. they switched my room to one that was cleaner on another floor. still the renovated room you cant get and that was very disappointing since i thought all rooms got a makeover. they said all rooms booked but we checked in early. i went during the week late spring. The people who check you in are also rude and need customer service training they couldnt answer last year if all other rooms will be renovated, they said they didnt know. i now know there are no plans yet to renovate the old worn out ones. I like Hard Rock far better cleaner rooms and nice workers plus not boring. Also other casinos recently renovated rooms that're nice.

I prefer the HardRock! In comparison, Ocean is just "okay."
