Tour of a pack and ship store of mine EP 1

Love the store. What kind of counter tops? Where did you get them?

my countertop is engineered laminated, from a company in Canada called Continental Store Fixture. You can also search a company called Wilsonart, they're in US.

Store looks so good! Can I ask where you got the copier from? And where you got the shipping boxes organizer from?

Thank you! my copier is a Ricoh IM3000 and I got it from a company called Office1, you can lease or own, I bought mine out right and do a service contract like $89 a month. Boxes organizer was custom made from Continental fixture company in Cananda, where all my counters from.

How big (Square feet) is your store? NICE layout. How many times have you changed it to get it like that? ;-)

950 sq ft. I changed the layout on the floor plan maybe twice, swapped the mailbox location from office supplies wall. Thanks for watching!

Quick question, why don’t you have more mailboxes? Are they hard to get rented? What city are you in?

I have 90 mailboxes total, I'm in El Monte California. It's pretty competitive where I'm at, I'm saving the money, wait til I get 80% rented, I'll add another in the middle section. Thanks for watching!

Did you set up your fax machine through a traditional phone line or through an online platform?

I go with online e-fax, I have voip system, and the software that came with can do fax. I scan customer's document to pdf and send out via e-fax

did you partner with a company for the package locker? i assume it would be a good mechanism to get more people in the door, so they use your other services as well

yes, I partner with Shiprite company, they specialized electronic mailboxes
