If anyone is passing thru Hye Texas needs to stop there it’s an awesome place! They have daily tours and tastings! The master distillers will actually talk to you and autograph shirt or anything you buy in the gift shop! Great place to sit and relax and have a drink. 🥃

W/Balcones, Still Austin & Ironroot ?? (Just to name a few I am familiar with) I don't think so. The fine folks of Kentucky would also argue bourbon has to be made in Kentucky....Just sayin'.

Agree that they would argue that. But bourbon can be made anywhere in the US. That's by law. There are only a few Kentucky varieties that I would put on the same level as GB.

No such thing as good texas bourbon...stuff is horrible...worse than irish or Canadian whiskey.....most rotgut swill on the planet
