Weights when used properly promote speed and power. The main problem is that most people use body building methods in their sport training... BIG mistake.

I made a pilgrimage to Gleason's a few years ago. New location but the signage and equipment is the same. I told the staff I was just a tourist and they were very accommodating. I'd love to workout there. I'm in Milwaukee so the commute is a bit long!

good trainers maybe, but it doesnt matter what gym, a punchbag is a punchbag whatever happens, what about fighters like marquez and barrera, they started off in little tin shacks. you heart cant teach you to fight but it can give you the determination to learn.

It doesn't matter what gym you train at, it's your heart that will take you places in this sport.

Trained at UFC but they have to many classes hard to get to heavy bags no speed bag or double end bag.kind of like the dojo setup instruction and classes. But if you know what you're doing they won't give you the time of day cause they can't make any more money off of you.
