Nice yacht! Hear are some nautical times used in boating. Windows are portholes, hatches. Commode room is a head, front is the bow, back is the stern, bedroom is a cabin, berthing compartment. kitchen is a galley, steering wheel is the helm. Its all good.

A Sea Ray is clearly a great looper. I love how everything curves inside,instead of being square. If you putt,putt, on the way down,you can run a couple thousand miles ..or more ?

Nice boat with a great layout. Did you look into any trawlers before you settled on the Sea Ray?

We considered trawlers but did not care for the living spaces. This model Sea Ray was our favorite design. We consider ourselves lucky we found the boat in Houston!

We have the same boat but a 2003. We have the canvas runner down too. I have had the engine access area cut out so I can get to the engine room quickly.

We are in the Savanah area boat shopping and we actually toured a 390 yesterday. Edit. We are also brand new to boating, and plan to do the loop. So we were very excited to find your channel and follow from the very beginning

Thank you for watching and how exciting! This boat is perfect for us. Good luck! Once you purchase a boat, I strongly suggest hiring a captain to teach you both. We had experience with offshore fishing boats but never anything this big. The captain taught us skills as well as how to work together. Good luck finding your loop boat!

Thanks for the tour. Sea Ray did a good job designing the interior space. Amazing how much room you have. Interesting that the washer/dryer is on the 120 circuit instead of 240. How well does it dry clothes?

Thank you for watching! I agree, the interior space is nicely laid out. The dryer takes a very long time to dry (50-70 minutes), especially given how small the loads have to be. Our dryer is vented though, I heard that the unvented ones take even longer. We don't wash much on the boat, but it is great in a pinch!

@@adventuresaboardmiracle Having a washer/dryer is an added plus. Most boats don't have that. Since it is not 240V explains why drying takes so long. Keep making the videos. You are doing a great job. Looking forward to more.
