Steve the gas can has water in it and it's a way to level the pool bottom the old school way instead of using laser's. Not many people use old school ideas like that but it works. I've operated heavy equipment for years and it's rare to see people do it that way but it works. The hose is running over to a pole and you know the depth based on how far the water goes up the pole.

When I lived in a mansion, our chef preferred his own space so no one bothered him while he worked. It was his pet peeve when people used to walk in between the stove and the center island while he was working back and forth. So I would say the chefs actually prefer that when working. After all they’re hired to do a job, and you built them a luxury office!

I love how we're seeing this all at the same time as Steve. You said Resell at least 10 times brother, and honestly, you probably wont get another chance for resell like this. I would say sell the property since you have the smaller one. Take the extra $4M, treat yourself and family to some cool things and experiences, and then you can rebuild when the conditions are right again
