As I expected, another EPIC lift tour!!! Those car park lifts are indeed from 2008, and must've been some of the very first MonoSpaces with those fixtures in the UK, so I'm surprised they're in a car park! I believe those fixtures were first introduced in 2006. Also I'm surprised that New Look at The Peel Centre is still open

The TVC trick does work, but if you press the floor you're on whilst the doors are closing, they will re-open.
