This house has a beautiful modern exterior. Just seems over priced. Feels like one would be paying for all that over use of granite. Seen houses in london with this layout for less. For £1.5 mill I would want more land and not have neighbours living that close 👀 by.

I think it might be a preference with the nebiours thing. I agree with more land but me and my wife are lookign around the 1.5 million range and where as I don't mind being next to no one, she wishes to be next to others and have neighbours ect...

Yes neighbours is great but over the fence neighbours, neighbours where I can here their convo through the walls or over my fence at 1.5 million is a No! No one wants to feel isolated but if I am buy a house for that kind of money my neighbours better be street light distance between me.
