What a fabulous rebuild! The exterior is truly faithful to the surroundings. Though the interior is modern, it's not stark like some other properties you have shown. I love this one, Nick! First, the location. Second? The features and accoutrements are so carefully thought through. Especially in the kitchen, laundry, dining and access to outdoor dining The upstairs lavatories with the pocket doors? Excellent space expanding options. Much less maintenance on the walk in shower of the master. Love it. Fabulous bare bones. Great canvas for almost any decor. Proportions and use of furnishings and space is just wonderful. In my daily life, the special nook would be a writing room. This one is a gem! Thank you for the tour.

What a stunner. The artwork isn't exactly to my taste, but the kitchen is especially nice. Lots of natural light, a window over the sink, so you don't have to stare at a wall while you're washing up. That first bedroom has me drooling. Love the stairway railing. Lovely but simple bathrooms. Glass in the master shower would just be something more to clean. I love the grand size of that bedroom. That tower would be a great craft studio. Somehow, I don't believe I can scrape together enough pennies to buy it. Thanks for sharing it. ❤ I was almost spot on -- I guessed $2 million. 😊

I figured a million so I was way off but you did say 9 hectares of land if I heard right and this is northern Italy. You showed the area off the kitchen and called it the breakfast room.
