Most of wall color is Agreeable Gray most likely. Most model homes have that color . Our house is that color too.

Leaking and flooding would be a problem, and the engineering needed for to keep water out of basements for residential homes would be prohibitively expensive. Some structures here have underground areas, but those are mostly commercial and government properties.
