Tour through a Boeing VC-137B / SAM 970 / Boeing 707 ) at Seattle's Museum of Flight

Join me as I walk and talk through this USAF Boeing VC-137B (based on the 707-120 ) that was Eisenhower and John F Kennedy's Air Force One VIP transporter. This actual aircraft was the first jet powered Air Force One and has been retired to the Museum of Flight in Seattle.
Please note: I took the thumbnail pic a few years earlier of the same aircraft before it was put inside.

I visited this museum in March 19 2018. I visited this Boeing-707 as well. 707, 727, 747 and latest 787, this museum is a fantastic place to learn the history of civil aviation.

I’ve actually been on this plane. Before it was at the museum of flight it was flown around to be out on display at air shows. I saw it at Andrews AFB

The one that was introduced in 1972 is actually on display at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, and the one from 1962 was the one is the one where LBJ was sworn in as President after Kennedy's assassination

"the one from 1962 was the one...where LBJ was sworn in as President after Kennedy's assassination" That plane, SAM 26000, is on display at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The one at the Reagan Library is called SAM 27000. It was the last of the 707-based VC-137 presidential aircraft, replaced by the now-familiar 747-based VC-25 aircraft.
