@@HarryMollyNut your point is irrelevant, but lets put it in a perspective, if I am offered 500,000 usd for 1 house project vs 200,000 usd for 14 small houses, I would definitely pick what pays me most and it is less hassle considering he would only deal with few people

The mansion entry door is dramatically cool! Favorites are the kichen the black and white are sleek, the fireplace in the living area, the bridge to the primary suite is EVERYTHING. The stonework, woodwork and the windows give a clean, crisp airy feel. The interior design has a smooth flow the outdoor spaces, and the views are glorious. How much work would get done in that office?? Really, be honest...another sensational tour, thanks Enes, Mikey and the team. A toast to Spain!

I knew it would be stunning but this is wow!! Love the 2 parking areas, 1 covered with an EV charger is perfect. Have to say this front door is 1 of the most beautiful and different, I have seen so far, very pleasing to the eye and as the first thing guests see when they arrive, if they can find it. 😉 Very pleased to see Diego Tobal explain his ideas on some of the areas and processes used so there are just clean crisp lines. They are after all the ones who design these masterpieces and deserve the recognition! Beyond the front door, behind the picture window is a perfect tree to decorate for xmas! Being from Canada, I always look at potential areas for decorating for the season. 😁 The floor plan is ideal, with this amount of sq footage, rooms still have a somewhat cozy feeling without the feel of wasted space. Perfect! Even the decor looks like it was custom for the space. Love the color palette and textures. I'd feel very at home in this place, especially with the outdoor living and that view. Would have liked to have seen the 1 room downstairs, even if unfinished, gives a better feel of over all space. The ideas are flying for that lower massive open space. Thanks guys for an awesome tour yet again! Really enjoyed the Marabella tours and a big thanks to Solvilla for the opportunity to showcase their breathtaking homes. Until next time 🤗

@EnesPlus2 жыл бұрын
Glad you enjoyed it!
@dlg54852 жыл бұрын
The cantilever structural technique the designer is referring to is called 'post tension' whereby steel cables are routed thru the forms from edge to edge before the concrete is poured and then they are pulled tight after the concrete cures, in order to create a massive amount of tension that makes the entire slab stronger. This technique is also becoming more common in residential concrete floors, when the concrete is the finished floor, because it minimizes the chances of stress cracks forming years later. It's very cool to see it used in a structural application like this. I also love the design of the retaining walls. They will look so good in a few years.
