@Ken Grand, there were a few things I didn't quite like about it but that is one thing about this property that stood out to me is that it wasn't the usual over-sized rooms and huge wastes of space, it was a bit more intimate. The upper deck with the view of the mountain was really nice but I would've liked it a bit more enclosed so even if it rained, I could still stay up top and enjoy the hot tub/barbecue etc.

Those windows are called tilt-turn windows and they tend to be double hinged at the bottom and the side. They can be opened either way by positioning the handle to the top for tilt or to the side for swing. They are common in Europe, but are only recently catching on in high end homes here in the US.

I really enjoy seeing the more "reasonable" priced properties you tour. This one is great but my favorite was the tour of the Cliffside house in Mexico. I also thought Mikey sounds a little tired. Absolutely love the house and garden area! The only thing I dont understand is why they didnt place higher plants, trees, bushes to create some privacy to the neighbouring house. Now they just can look into your pool, master bedroom and everything.

I'm not usually a fan of all white because I get migraines from super bright light. I also think darker colors look better in general. That being said, this house and the area it's in are so gorgeous that I would risk the migraine to have this property. 😁 Nothing is overdone on this property. Everything is elegant and simply, which allows a lot more customization for the owners.

For eg. Tesla Powerwall 2 Batteries (Energy Storage Solution) with 28 PV panels from SunPower, Etc... I believe that the system that provides power to illuminate the property as well as run all the appliances could add value. @0:53 are those solar PV panels for Energy to th home or Thermal for hot water?
