The house is very generally very good! Kitchen is superb! I think it’s too expensive for what you get as the size of the room’s aren’t brilliant. Your presentation is getting better and better too - just takes practice.

Thank you for the comments Mr. J! The pricing of homes can be very inconsistent. In this case, this property was located in a sought after location in Solihull, so we think that is why the price may be more than an equivalent property elsewhere.

Would have been nice to have seen the outside to get a feel of the size of the house and the separate apartment. There is no storage upstairs and the master bathroom was a letdown. Where are the bathroom cabinets for toiletries? Apart from that, it is "nice", but not worth the price, way too expensive for the size.

So there’s no storage, no room for a dryer, small bathrooms, no room for a full side freezer. It’s okay to say to agree with a negative point a viewer makes. See Matt and summers channel. If you say nothing bad about a place you visit when your viewers can see the bad well. At that price point you expect to see seimams or mille appliances not. Love the channel by the way also the floor flan on screen would be helpful.

The house is great until u really have a look at it. The kitchen layout is not that great. May be a demo but y only the fridge no freezer? No bathtub in master for that price.. Loads of random unused space like the downstairs study. Didn't see any linen cupboards upstairs. The staging makes the property look great but the price is a no from me. The garden is also quite small for the price you pay.

Hi Amanda, Great question! We focus mainly on showing you the house layouts as for new builds every garden will differ depending on the plot. Also, sometimes the garden doors are locked and we don't have access to the gardens. If we can squeeze the garden in, for future videos we will make sure to show them :)
