Honestly, this house is the best I've seen. Such a unique blend of modern architecture with some class and calm as well. In such homes, you generally don't see such an amazing backyard, so it was nice to see. Love the videos.

I really love when the designer puts green and water features to entry of the modern houses. And i think this one done the job in most perfect way i have ever seen! I love it! Incredibly well thought out, very homely feeling and a perfect house for a family of 4 or 5! And it's not too big so it would be easy to maintain and clean without a maid living with you at all times. Love this house. You get the modern architecture you see in many of the houses on this channel, but it's much more liveable. You've got some much needed privacy and you've got a really nice garden. Plus as Enes pointed out there's some really nice touches with the choices of materials and the way they've used them in places that ordinarily don't get much consideration. I'm saving this video for when I'm a multi-millionarie and I can get my dream home built (there's nothing like this in the UK :)

I like how you interview the agent, should do that more often. This house screams high ends all the way. Integrated vents, revealed baseboard finish... etc, so many details. First time seeing Miele Push2Open frig in action. Not sure I want that in my house cos it nows takes 2 actions to open the door. But for minimistic design, you can't get any better than that. I personally think that extending the marble kitchen back-splash all the way looks better than cutting it off half way. BTW, another great job of covering this magnificent house. I personally worry about all those outdoor furnitures/pillows on the balconies when it rains. They look indoor to me. I know it's all for shows

I luv this... I mean it has everything needed.... But no unnecessary wastage of space or effort... They have planned it very nicely... All the family bedrooms on one floor and guest suits on another.. Family living room and kitchen together with garden and pool close by... Separated from the main hall.... I just luv this home... Great and sensible work... 👍💗
