I know at one time the Ridges Community didn't have good or even any cell service. Has that corrected? Have they built or installed any cell towers in the Ridges?

The service in the ridges has gotten significantly better!! As you go farther west in Summerlin it gets worse for sure but they are working on it

Hiding underneath all the cars, tacky art, and curtains galore is a fairly plain jane house for 16m. Also, that's not how you lay out a pickleball court. Gonna be some serious injuries.

The home was deigned to have the capability of car enthusiasts/collectors to have them on display in the home. The garage entry is massive which allowed it.

@@samcolemanisluxury The building looks like a Costco. The walls are all white (boring) The curtains everywhere. The artwork dominates the home but - not in a good way. Take away that artwork and this home is a huge boring shell. The pool is surrounded by cement that will heat up and burn your feet in Las Vegas. The rooms look cavernous and depressing. I have seen some 2.3 - 4 million dollar homes that are set up better, have character, are much cheerier, and let you keep millions in the bank after not buying this home. If you're extremely rich and want something big and costly then this home is perfect.
