I am not a fan of the Peter Lik homes. His houses may have curb appeal but are so incredibly disappointing on the inside. The home you’re showing here is absolutely beautiful- fantastic finishes & each area of the home is well thought out & PRACTICAL. I’m in love with this house.😍

If I was In the market for a 5 million home, I would expect my realtor to dress accordingly. A polo shirt, gym shoes & shorts would absolutely be a deterrent.

The really rich folks don't GAF about how they dress because they don't have to impress anyone. Anyone buying in these price points is buying from people often referred by others. If he's in this space, he knows what he's doing, and he's likely been referred by multiple clients. Lastly, have you ever been to Vegas in July? It is hot!
