I love the calm tone of Luda’s voice and presentation. Jessica, your voice and presentation was sharp and a little manic. On top of that, your hands and arms were flailing as you spoke. Couple seemed awkward but in a super cute/adorable kind of way. Jessica had good energy and Luda seemed softer spoken and kind. He definitely looks at her with a lot of love and fondness throughout the video! The home was beautiful, I can imagine a handful of good friends coming over to have a few drinks, some laughs, and deep conversations. Great video listed!

Lovely apartment, lovely couple. It's clearly a home and not a temporarily accommodation to them. I do like the change of color of the kitchen cabinets, the brown/orange tones which were popular a while back feel quite dated now. A modern kitchen wouldn't be the right fit, perhaps if the finishes of the whole apartment would be updated... But without having seen the building from the outside, it is hard to say. The doors of the build-in wardrobe definitely need to be changed then too otherwise the apartment would just end-up being a weird mishmash of styles. Although Jessica did change the color of the kitchen cabinets herself, it does surprise me that not more landlords do it as it's not an expensive update. For ex there seem to be a difference in the color of the wooden flooring between the entrance and the living room, which is easy and inexpensive to fix. When the landlord expects to have tenants who don't care very much and don't expect to stay there long-term it might be OK but to attract reliable long-term tenants it would be good to maintain the apartment well. Pity we did not get to see the bathroom. Thanks for showing us your apartment!

It was the first thing that I also noticed, that it is mostly the woman who talks 😀 She is over excited about being allowed to show their apartment and forgets to give her boyfriend the opportunity to talk 😬 We women can easily take over the conversation as we generally like to talk a little more than men. Notice the next time you go behind a couple who are out for a walk, that it is mostly the woman who talks and the man just answers most with ”yes” or ”no” 😄 The film team can take this with them if they come to visit a couple to also ensure that the man has the opportunity to talk about their interior design style ❤️

Apparently I'm the only one finding them refurnishing the kitchen cabinets without telling their landlord troublesome... originally I thought this is owned because of so many hanging shelves and things. I mean, yeah I agree the orange old cabinets are not aesthetically pleasant, but shouldn't you at least ask your landlord BEFORE you make any changes? The landlord might have a special place in heart for those old cabinets like she has for her cowboy shoes...
