I'm reading some of the comments and I agree it reminds me of a teenager's apartment that went shopping at Ikea and target. Nothing wrong with those stores for budgeting, just speaking in terms of style. I don't really understand why listed featured her apartment. Just bits and pieces are thrown together with no real direction. Really love how they featured Anna Page's apartment though, it made sense why they featured her place. She really put thought into her pieces and it really reflects her style.

There are only two types of comments on this video… Ones like yours which are sane and I completely agree with! Then there are comments by weird fans of hers, who are creepily obsessed and acting like they are actual friends. You ... Also, some of what she keeps calling "light blue," seems to be light green or teal. Color aside, this is what NYC has become- annoying 20-something influencers living out their Sex and the City fantasies ... and making tons more money than I ever did when I lived there- ha. I love NYC (lived there for 6 years) but that view (like most views from Manhattan towards Jersey/Queens) in no way qualifies as beautiful :P The best views in NYC are those from outside Manhattan towards it, one of the best views is the one from Roosevelt Island (towards Midtown 50s/60s) -- now *that's* an amazing view! :)

@Medi Cogglet I only lived in a rental one time, it was right after I graduated college and moved into Manhattan. But I was only 20. I found a nice studio apt in a doorman building. But after that, I’ve owned my own apt every time. You can make a ton when you sell, and I did. When you rent, you have nothing when you leave. I don’t get why anyone would rent.

@Fashion Bosses of The South yeah I was thinking that she was really doing the beautiful sofa a disservice by throwing all those throws over it in such a weird way and also the coffe station with all the mugs sitting there really didn't look nice. There was just too much stuff that looked like it didn't belong in such a beautiful apartment and even though she loves her stuff which I also do love my stuff too, there are better and more classy ways of displaying them as opposed to having them scattered about like that. Once again I didn't mean to attack either the apartment renter or the soul sister who helped her put it together it's just that I feel like spaces that are featured on a public forum like KZbin will always draw criticism and it's up to them to see it in a positive way. At least I thought I was being positive.

Do you know how expensive nyc is lol 6.6k is a STEAL. plus you have to make 40x the rent in nyc to be able to rent which means she makes ~$246k in a year...obvs she wouldnt be paying this much if she wasnt making a certain amount.

Real jobs like teachers, fire fighters, medical professionals, lawyers are degraded because people think this is the "career" to the pursue.
