The Jade Residence is a beautiful white and green building. I like the lobby and the two big pools. I like the direct view of the beautiful sea from the condominium. I like the two white island kitchen. I like the living room that overlooks the sea. I like the guest bedroom with the three exposures. finally, I like the three big balconies that overlook the city and the sea. Peter, it is the first time that I see you with a t-shirt and jeans inside a property, you look like a cool vacationer.

Great spot , I really like the lay out and views for years , I would have to say the first bed room with the three sided windows is a strong main bed room what a way to wake up to and go to sleep to. just a great use of drone and camera , just a speical showing . great job Peter.
