Hello Peter, This Miami Townhome is gorgeous, The Great Room and the Kitchen marble design is beautiful, The Ocean view is amazing, The Outdoor Spa and Sitting Area is very nice, The Primary Bedroom and the bathroom are beautiful, The Bowling alley is amazing I enjoy watching this video 🩵🏙🏝

Prive is now second , i would leave it the way it is and id make the downstairs entry patio a poll room / Office /bar/ T.V. /party room , that patio off the master is a relaxing space in is self. 4 parking spaces . dog park across the road great views . The Amenities to go along with a private entrance. just make this a spot id love someday to live in . Ill bet at night its a great vibe and the smells from the restaurant across the road . convenience for sure. love the drone shots Peter you just have a way of showing life style. Keep up the great work . You and your team have a great weekend and stay warm we -7 today in Ohio.

I really like the separate family style residence feel but with amenities of the complex to go along with it. Plus having your own street entrance goes along way towards privacy.
